Additional Qualifications
Physical Readiness
Must be able to lift 50–75 pounds or more and perform active outdoor work throughout the day.
Equipment Experience
Previous experience with mowing, trimming, and lawn care equipment is preferred, or the ability to learn proper use quickly.
Dependability
Must be consistently available, punctual, professional, and ready to work as part of a team.
